Song to The CrowKeeper

The lick at tattoo
The kiss of scar at the bevel-edge of the dolphin’s side
The pain the kiss the trust the come the go like smoke
She inhale the hummingbirds,
That dared rise up like jesus
Against the blood-red Texas sky
She says,
“Watch the birdie”
Laughs
“boo”
Then
“bee”
Hurry hiding behind her the dragonflies,
Eating their young.
